Leafy greens are topped with rainbow carrots that have been marinated and roasted in lemon juice, warm Moroccan spices and sumac, along with chickpeas, farro, tomato, golden raisins, almonds, dates, fresh mint and parsley. The dressing is made from tahini, orange juice & zest, shallot, turmeric, and garlic.
Dairy-free, oil-free. Contains wheat, almonds & sesame.
