Refund policy

If your food is found to have been improperly prepared, please contact us for a refund within 5 days of picking up your order. Unfortunately, we cannot refund orders that are placed and not picked up within the scheduled pickup window (the pickup window is 4-6:30pm CT, the Monday after you've placed your order. We do try to be flexible, however, so if you are unable to pick up your food, please contact us and we'll do our best to help get your food to you.

Merchandise, such as t-shirts, may be returned in unworn, like new condition within 7 days of purchase.

Gift certificates cannot be refunded.
