If you didn’t already know, our entire menu (except pasta salads and the occasional dish containing farro) is available gluten-free! This includes GF options for wraps, breakfast burritos, pasta meals, and this new Tofu Gyro Salad. We always package the gluten-free version first to eliminate cross contamination.All other NWK items are gluten-free as is!We do work in a shared kitchen space where others bake with flour, etc throughout the week, but of course we sanitize all surfaces.This has become especially important to me as I’ve discovered I’m very gluten sensitive myself.
