Our Plant-based Meal Prep Menu

Our delicious plant-based food is only available Monday morning through Thursday at 5pm. We release a new vegan menu every Monday, so get these dishes while they last! Orders placed today will be available for pick up or delivery on Monday, , 4-6PM at the Mickle Center in Des Moines, Iowa.

We do not currently have physical gift cards available for pick up. You will be emailed a digital code that can be used to pre-order any of our products on our website. You can have the gift certificate emailed to the recipient, forward the email to them after you receive it, or print it off for them!
