Curry Cauliflower & Chickpea Grain Bowl
Turmeric roasted cauliflower and seasoned chickpeas come with lightly cooked carrot, pickled shallot, toasted coconut, fresh greens, and a coconut tahini curry vinaigrette. Enjoy with the quinoa, which is cooked with golden raisins and flavored with fresh mint, parsley, and almonds.
Reheating is optional. We do recommend removing the dressing from the fridge 15 minutes or so prior to enjoying and shaking it up to allow it to thin out after being refrigerated.

Rigatoni Bolognese with Roasted Broccoli
Rigatoni pasta topped with our rich walnut bolognese sauce, served with garlic roasted broccoli for a touch of some green veggies. Ready to pop in the oven and bake, or scoop out and reheat in portions!

Creamy White Chili
Poblano peppers, corn, spinach, pinto beans, and chickpeas are simmered in vegan chicken-style broth with the non-dairy creaminess of coconut milk and oat milk, plus onion, garlic, herbs and nutritional yeast for a touch of cheesiness.

One of our most raved about menu items! Wheat rotini pasta, cherry tomatoes, banana peppers, green olives, bell peppers, zucchini, red onion, and parsley are tossed in a roasted garlic fennel vinaigrette, sprinkled with our vegan almond parmesan, and topped off with our zesty white bean pepperoni crumbles.

Jalapeño Popper Chickpea Salad
Chickpeas, corn, bell peppers, green onion, and cilantro tossed in our roasted jalapeño cashew cream cheese, topped with gluten-free cornbread crumbs. Throw this in a wrap, a sandwich, or over some greens, or use as a dip for an easy snack!

Sometimes a good veggie soup is exactly what you need, so I made a batch of this for you to have on hand in your freezer! White beans, tomatoes, green beans, carrot, celery, bell peppers, onion, shallot, zucchini, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, & spinach simmered with herbs in a roasted red pepper tomato broth.

The most popular thing we make! Small batch, plant-based, handmade smoky strips made from our secret recipe using mushrooms, black beans, millet and spices.
Note: these are available in limited quantities. If our site isn’t allowing you to add them to your cart, it means they’re sold out this week! This is a handmade product, and slight variations in appearance are to be expected.
We recommend thawing them overnight for easiest reheating, then cooking these vegan strips in an air fryer or in a skillet until crispy. They can be added to a BLT-style sandwich, enjoyed as a snack with some guacamole, or as a breakfast side.

Just add delivery to your cart and we'll deliver to you on Monday between 2:30-8 pm. Note that our deliveries begin earlier in the afternoon now that it gets dark earlier!
You will receive an email reminder the day of delivery as well as a text when your driver is on their way. You will also get and email with information on how to tip your delivery driver the day of your delivery!
