Less plastic and foil, more compostable fiber!

Madeline Krantz

Earlier this year, I surveyed our customers for feedback, and one of the biggest comments I got was wishing we used less plastic and foil packaging. The cool thing was that I had already been researching and testing (for such a long time—it’s harder than you might think!) to find something sturdy enough. Now we’ve finally made the switch!

These fiber containers pictured are microwave- and freezer-safe, but not oven-safe. We’ll be using them for fresh take & bake meals. I’ll send more details out to our email list on Tuesday morning, but almost everything else is in eco-friendly packaging already! 💚

If you shoot me a message on here, a text, or reply to our newsletter, you will get through to me, Madeline 👋, the chef and owner. And when you have requests, questions, or feedback, I am always listening and appreciative that you took the time!
