I know there are businesses that make an unbelievable amount of food every day. But for us, each time we manage to up the quantities of our handmade items a little more, and a little more, it feels like an amazing feat. We are a small, 3 person team working together on Sundays, and this food is not fast. It’s hands-on and labor-filled, and we’re always looking for ways to make it better.
