A throwback to my first day in the Mickle Center Kitchen! Well, day/night/morning - I was cooking into the early morning hours.

After a week of working alone, I realized I needed a whole lot more help. Now I have two incredible employees and a crew of friends & family who stop in too. I’m learning magic really happens in the kitchen when it’s made up of people who have genuine excitement to show up and create - and a true love for vegetables! 💚✨🪄❤️

The Mickle Center Kitchen has made this possible, and I get to share the space with so many creative small businesses - many of them also woman-owned 🙌
