It’s been a busy couple of days! Today we finished up the prep & assembled our Vegan Holiday Charcuterie Boxes. I did most of the prep for these myself - rolling the little cashew cheesy balls & cutting the little meat alternative slices one by one can almost be exhausting, until I remind myself it kind of feels like a kids craft project. And then it becomes so fun again. 😂 I love to play with food. I hope everyone loves the boxes!
