About the Mickle Center

Throughout the week it's bustling - 25+ other businesses work here too, including meal prep services, caterers, bakers, local producers, farmers market vendors... it's been perfect for us, and it's fantastic to meet so many people also pursuing what they love!
I reserve the shared kitchen in advance, and don't have the flexibility to cook or store many items in the fridge outside of those reserved hours. This is why we have a pick up window (Monday evenings from 5-6:30 pm) - so we can work with the schedules of all the other great businesses we share the space with! I've gotten some questions if another pick up time is possible - hopefully this helps explain.
I hope to one day have a space with hours that are more flexible, that's welcoming to all, & that can have a bigger impact on the community. But I'm not there just yet, and I'm enjoying where things are right now, today.
