Throwback to when I first made our New World Burger patties three years ago (and my cat Ned wanted a bite 😻)

I wanted to make a vegan burger without gluten or soy, from whole food ingredients that still had a ton of flavor and a good texture, so that it wasn’t just another mushy bean burger.

We get so much positive feedback on these patties made from black beans, mushrooms, millet. They’re on the menu this week for the first time in months!

Grab a two-pack or a four-pack, and have a burger night next week! Pair with our Dill Pickle Potato Salad, BLT Pasta Salad, and our regular cheesy spread or Pepper Jack Spread 😋
