This beautiful salad is one of our most loved menu items! Packed with greens, our herbed cashew crumbles, sun-dried tomato cauliflower rice, roasted chickpeas, olives, tomatoes, red onion, red pepper, cucumber, cashew tzatziki, and red wine vinaigrette to top.

Butternut Coconut Lemongrass Bowl
A butternut squash stew simmered with black lentils, bok choy, and celery, flavored with lemongrass, tamari, onion, garlic, ginger, coconut milk, vegetable broth, lime, and spices. Served with brown rice and drizzled with coconut lime cream, topped with fresh cilantro and green onion.

These handmade slices are made from white beans, red peppers, and millet, and they have the zesty flavor of pepperoni!
Available frozen this week in packs of 6. Limited quantities available. Note that these slices are now square shaped! Same recipe and size, just a new shape. This is a handmade product and slight variations in appearance are to be expected.
We recommend cooking them in a bit of olive oil, air frying, or baking them to get them nice and crispy before enjoying. Super small batch, hand cut, and made from whole plant ingredients.

Now available fresh & made-to-order in bulk! Our signature smoky strips made from black beans, mushrooms & millet.
This is for 40 fresh (not frozen) ALT Strips that will be packaged together in a compostable container. Enjoy them before the expiration date listed on the packaging, and then transfer the rest to a freezer-safe container to freeze. Thaw, reheat, and enjoy!

We recommend thawing them overnight for easiest reheating, then cooking these vegan strips in an air fryer or in a skillet until crispy. They can be added to a BLT-style sandwich, enjoyed as a snack with some guacamole, or as a breakfast side.
