This version of our vegan mac & cheese includes roasted brussels sprouts and our cashew-based cheesy shreds that will melt into the sauce for extra non-dairy creaminess, topped off with our almond sprinkle.
This meal will be served take & bake style in a foil bowl - either remove the lid and pop it directly in the oven, or scoop it out into a pan or microwavable dish to reheat.
