This version of our vegan mac & cheese includes roasted brussels sprouts and our cashew-based cheesy shreds that will melt into the garlic cashew cheese sauce for extra non-dairy creaminess. It all gets topped off with our almond herb parm sprinkle.
Note: this freezer meal is available in very limited quantities with wheat pasta only this week. This version does not include cheese shreds, but has all of the other usual ingredients.
