It's been a long time since we've made this one, and we revamped the recipe so its even better! Sweet potatoes, coconut milk, vegetable broth, chili powder, green apple, onion, garlic, celery & lime bring a beautiful bright flavor that's a little tart and a little sweet.
Note that this freezer version is topped with a sprinkle of chili powder, but is not garnished with scallions.
