Indian Curry Hand Pies from Domestic Bones

This new vegan hand pie variety is made in collaboration with our friend Kim from Domestic Bones! Kim makes the flaky crust and vegetable filling, and we make the meat alternative to combine with the veggies.

These ones are filled with potatoes, onions, red peppers, spinach, jalapeño, cilantro, ginger, and curry powder, along with our crumbles made from chickpeas, mushrooms, millet, fresh cilantro mint chutney, and spices.
